Codehunters and AD

animation tips and infoOne of the most lauded sequences of ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Part 1 ‘which corresponds to the story of three brothers and three magical objects that give title to the film. An animated tale directed by David Yates not, but Ben Hibon, a Swiss-born filmmaker whose name is going to sound a lot from now on. Shortly after premiering the seventh installment of Harry Potter, Hibon signed on to direct (instead of Guillermo del Toro), a fantasy thriller entitled ‘Pan’, that twists the classic tale of ‘Peter Pan’ Hook featuring a haunted exdetective to catch a kidnapper of children.

What I bring in this post is a couple of videos to learn a little more to this Ben Hibon. The first is an award-winning short entitled ‘Codehunters’, 2006, which focuses on a band of warriors who fight in a marginalized world beset by strange creatures. This is one of those jobs that are noted for their careful design, the action scenes, but do not have really anything at least I find it a little boring. The animation is done by Axis Animation and music by Joris de Man

the other video, you have below is the teaser of ‘AD’, the first feature Hibon. Written by Hayler Garcia, the film revolves around the survivors of a zombie apocalypse. It is a scene and closely resembles the previous short piece ‘The Deathly Hallows’, throw him out, lasts only a minute and a half. According to IMDb, ‘AD’ is in post-production, but elsewhere I read that are actually in a more initial phase, and the trailer has been mounted to seek funding. Let’s wait to see if it goes ahead or will we see before ‘Pan’.
